In this session Skills4Work will go through the do's and don'ts of emails. The workshop will start with a twenty minute presentation of how to design an ideal email message. Then we will follow this with a thirty minute discussion on bad emails, looking at common errors.
After a short break the second half of the workshop will have those participating split into groups to work on a set of examples to say what they though was wrong with the message and how they would correct it. The session will then finish with a scenario where the student will have to write an email.
